A small team, spread across the country.

We're a small team, working from Falmouth to Manchester, Haverfordwest to Boston. Most of us live and work close to the communities we serve, because we believe this work is better for being rooted in real places.

We began in Feltham, in west London, and that's still where our local team and our trustees are based. Everyone else is dotted across the country, working where they live.

We believe we can't tackle the complex challenges facing babies, children and young people without drawing on diverse perspectives and a wide range of voices.
